Your support PIN is a 6-digit number that proves who you are when you call or chat with us. We ask for it before we discuss or change anything on your account.
Where to find it
- Sign in at my.siteharbour.com.
- On your Dashboard, find the card Your support PIN.
- Click Show PIN. Click Hide PIN when you are done.
The PIN is only shown after you click, so it does not appear on screen by accident.
Get a new PIN
If you think someone else knows your PIN, click Get a new PIN on the same card and confirm. Your old PIN stops working straight away.
Keep it safe
- Read it out only to SiteHarbour support on a call or chat you started.
- We never ask for your PIN by email, and we never ask for your password.
- If you cannot sign in to see your PIN, reset your password from the sign-in page first, or open a ticket and we will help.
