Everything you have ordered (hosting, domains, SSL certificates and servers) is listed under Services.
Your services list
Sign in and click Services in the menu. For each service you see:
- Price and how often it is billed
- Renews: the next renewal date
- Status:
- Active: running normally
- Setting up: ordered, and we are setting it up; we email you when it is ready
- Suspended: usually an unpaid renewal; pay the invoice to bring it back
- Canceled: no longer running
Manage a service
Click Manage next to a service to see its details: order number, billing period, next renewal and price. From there you can:
- Renew now: create a renewal invoice early
- Get help: open a ticket about this service
- Request cancellation, or ask for an upgrade

Logins for your service
Logins we set up for you (control panel, server) are in Secure details, never in email.
