1. Order
When you order cPanel, WordPress or Windows hosting, choose your domain:
- Register a new domain: type the name you want and click Check. The domain is added to the same order.
- Transfer my domain: move a domain you have elsewhere to us. You need its transfer code from your current provider.
- I already have one: keep your domain where it is.
You can pay monthly or yearly. Pay the invoice to start the setup.
2. Setup
After payment your hosting shows as Setting up under Services while we create your account. A new domain is registered for you straight away.
Moving an existing website? We do it for free: open Services → Manage → Get help and tell us where it is hosted now.
3. Your logins
When your hosting is ready, the service becomes Active and we email you. The control panel address and logins are in Secure details, never in the email.
Change the password we set as soon as you log in. Need a new password or another change? Open your hosting under Services and click Ask for a change.
Pointing your domain
Your website appears once your domain points to your hosting. If your domain is with SiteHarbour, we set this up for you. If it is with another company, we tell you the nameservers to use; see Manage your domain.
