1. Order
When you order cPanel, WordPress or Windows hosting, you tell us:
- the domain for this hosting, for example example.com,
- and whether you have a website for us to move here. We move existing websites for free.
You can pay monthly or yearly. Pay the invoice to start the setup.
2. Setup
After payment your hosting shows as Setting up under Services while we create your account. If you asked us to move a website, open a ticket from Services → Manage → Get help and tell us where it is hosted now.
3. Your logins
When your hosting is ready, the service becomes Active and we email you. The control panel address and logins are in Secure details, never in the email.
Change the password we set as soon as you log in.
Pointing your domain
Your website appears once your domain points to your hosting. If your domain is with SiteHarbour, we can set this up for you. If it is with another company, we tell you the nameservers to use; see Manage your domain.
