How renewal works
About two weeks before a service renews, we create a renewal invoice and email it to you. Your Dashboard shows renewals coming up and any invoice waiting for payment.
Pay the renewal invoice before the renewal date and your service simply continues. If it is still unpaid, we send you reminders.
Renew early
Open Services, click Manage on the service, then Renew now and confirm. We create the renewal invoice straight away and you can pay it at once.
If a renewal is not paid
If the renewal invoice is still unpaid on the renewal date, the service is suspended and can stop working until the invoice is paid. Pay as soon as you can: a service that stays suspended can eventually be cancelled.
To bring it back, pay the renewal invoice (Invoices → Pay now). The service is reactivated automatically when the payment is confirmed. If it is not back within 30 minutes, open a ticket.
Domains
A domain that expires can stop your website and email, and after a while it can be lost or cost more to restore. Pay domain renewal invoices before the expiry date shown under Services.
Stop a service from renewing
Open Services → Manage → Request cancellation, tell us why and send the request. We confirm by email.
